I have to say I feel quite pleased with Denis A (from Highland Gold) being the new CEO - JC seems to think so too.

Also, KPMG are in to do the dirty washing along with a promise to reveal all, and if worth it to go after the 'misappropriated' wealth of shareholders.

At last, things appear to be coming together which augurs well for our long term faith in POG - I am sure there will be some who have been standing on a big loss for some time now.
My only remaining concern is some of the old employees who seem to be uncooperative at best and in some instances downright obstructive - have they been bribed to be ruinous ? Get rid of those bad apples and POG will be good for 2021.

You are so right - unfortunately. I enjoy these BB's up until that point. Once I find myself starting to filter people it's time to stop reading. Shame really.
I have been in a year now and been quite happy with the prospects and wasn't deterred by the patent dispute that rumbled on. I believe it is the right science and tech at the right time and before long it will become rather more widely known and popular with investors. Happy to hold for a good while here.

RB. . . I've been in both for more than a year and I believe that you are right - POG is undervalued.
I don't feel surprised by that though because our recent past has been a rather toxic ****tail. So much so that investors gave a wide berth.
However, I was of the view that it just couldn't get any worse and after all we were mining and processing rather than just prospecting so there is a revenue stream.
Steadily things had to improve - with Nomad, Auditor and CEO.
Once the dust settles and stability is evident and debt is reduced then I believe we will be more popular with investors. That's why I am committed to staying in here.
See what 2021 brings.

Lately this BB is as exciting as an actuaries convention Zzzzz.
However, I have done todays posters the credit of reading your posts carefully as you manage to filter the wheat from the chaff better than I and also helps me to understand the modus operandi of PH which lets say might have been done differently depending upon the circumstances at the time.
I don't know the rate of conversions but from my past experience of finding myself holding such instruments, it was slow and clearance of the outstanding ones was eventually triggered by a due date or a quoted SP. I expect there are other possibilities.
My simple thought is that if all become ranked as shares then currently there will be no interest to pay which would benefit the company and the SP.
But as a holder, I wouldn't feel inclined to convert unless there was a possibility of a dividend. . . was it only me imagining that there was a rumour of dividends coming next year?

Thank you for simplifying the different 'debts' that POG has been carrying over the most recent timeframe.
Setting aside the issues that have ensued following the Hambro exit which I believe is contributing to the sagging of the SP, I feel the overall reduction would seem to be consistent with a company of this size in this sector.
Accordingly, like or loathe the BOD, to buy at this low level will be a last chance.

Yes, PG from the GGP BB is a true gent and works hard to sort the wheat from the chaff.
At this SP level I would have expected to see a higher volume of shares traded rather than a few trades of relatively small number of shares. Perhaps with time some bigger investors will start looking at THR.

I think he makes a lot up to ramp it before he sells - then clears off to leave everyone with the fall out. I have never 'recommended' ST because he's all 'can' 'may' 'should' but little substance.
I will recommend Enrico and others on this and other BB's who seem better informed and more importantly they are committed. Follow ST at your peril or suffer your losses. I have only gradually come to this view but for me it is the considered view on what I have been observing.

That was the max - I tried a higher amount but no deal!

UDF - I get what you are saying but the BOD's ears are unfortunately probably deaf.
I like CofE's comment too ' it’s an investment gone wrong for UGC' which I hadn't thought of quite like that but the BOD must be thinking along those lines by now.
For its warts, the old BOD need not have lifted a finger to see the SP double.
I'm thinking of viewing UGC in the same light as people who come on here with comments trying to depress the SP - they don't need to because the BOD have already done it! (It puzzles me why there are so very few people posting on this BB which can be counted almost on one hand - but I will say that each of you are a well mannered - some BB's are a very uncivilised virtual brawl)
I am watching this carefully but only with a view to adding at some point.

Just letting you know that I have been looking at the EQT BB since last year and more recently I noted less concerns over patents of competitors and improving agreements for processing waste etc. Therefore at 09:24 today I became one of your number.
Don't worry, I am not here to upset the balance on this BB. I am more positive now that revenue will be improving steadily from here.

UDF - one might optimistically hope that POG BOD would read our comments here to get a steer on what they should be doing immediately, in the short term and longer strategy.

DK2020 - I know what you are saying but, as I think JR said, the contents may be kept 'internal' - nothing more than an exercise, when in fact at least a brief version should be made available, however bad the contents may be.
It's like getting ones washing done in public and thereafter POG will be more popular to all investors. It is the not knowing that unsettles people.
Were it not for the fact of the governance issues then POG has a lot of positives.
'Add whilst it is currently out of favour' might be a brokers comment.
