They're in the same bag as your "dividend by Christmas' Moni. Careful though... it might give you a "pleasant surprise" and "blow the doors off".
Still not on Barclays.
This has dropped a good 20%+ since the supposed release date. Doesn't make any difference to me but some people will have lost the opportunity of a sizeable wedge through this incompetence.
I'm just glad I planned on keeping my "freebie" holding here. I'd be ever-so just slightly miffed if I'd planned on selling them only to sit and watch the SP fall while I dont even have them in my account as promised. (I'm with Barclays, btw).
I wonder whether others are seeking legal advice on this complete mess to be honest? None of the specie shares should have been tradeable until they were ALL tradeable.
Well its been over a year since we last had a TR-1 notification of holdings... so that "someone" is probably just lots of different sellers (and traders) but the effect on the SP is the same. I cant see how sentiment is going to change here at the moment. The end of year numbers are going to have to be pretty spectacular to do anything positive to the SP thats for sure.
So on 11th March "New Investors" were apparently ready to invest £1.6 million in POLB at 5.9p per share.
Where are they now? Did they ever actually exist? Was it merely a prop under the SP that failed miserably? Or if they were real then they've obviously looked again and decided it's not such a good investment after all even below 5.9p. However you view it those "New Investors" have dodged a bullet. Most of us still don't have access to the shares either. Maybe they're dribbling them out a few thousand at a time so we don't all sell at once.
"How do we get out of this trading range of 13 to 18p..."
Announce the DIM spinoff then CF and MO both buy a few hundred thousand shares the day after along with a £20m share buy back and end of year numbers showing an extra few million quid in the bank...
might lift us to 20p for a couple of weeks :-/
chances of any of it happening... not so much.
The silence is deafening. This needs addressing. You can't lose 9% in a day at this level and have someone dump 900k shares at under 12p and not say anything to alleviate concerns.
Does nobody at Open Orphan give a damn anymore?
Fair enough Ash. So then what do you (or anyone else) gain from constantly bashing the same negative drums on here? If you really think a sale is coming so soon then you can surely sit back relax and bask in the assured profits that are coming your way? Why worry about the day to day SP if you're only here for the eventual sale?
So it begs the question (once again) Ash... why are you still here? Why do you still have skin in this game? Why haven't you sold and bought in elsewhere, where your "expertise" could be making so much more for you? Please do us all a favour and sell today for a brighter tomorrow.
Here's another thought... How about the POLB chat goes over to the POLB board?
Nah, it'll never happen. ;-)
Chunky buys going through. Are we leaky maybe?
I foresee all selling to be NT on the morning of the 19th. As usual the market setters will play their silly games and we'll all be watching the price dive before anyone else gets a look in. No problem here though. I'm holding on to mine and might even add a few.
Best of luck to all on the day.
I hope it stays quiet on the spin outs. I hope the company announces any spinout date with the cut off being the previous day. Why should day traders get the chance of free shares over long term holders and believers in the company? Nah, keep it quiet. Much better in the long term and creates fomo going forward.
Were they lies?
Or did CF believe what he said at that time?
There is a difference.
I don't think CF is a liar. Just over optimistic.
Huma have been in the business of non-clinical chronic illness monitoring for around 10 years. I don't see how them partnering with AZ has any baring on DIM whatsoever. They're operating in a wholly different area of pharma.
