A question... how do you get a multi bag return on speccie shares which cost you nowt? Surely that bag is infinite.
Great, but what has that got to do with ORPH?
@Bob. If you're not invested here then why do you care?
You bring nothing to the conversation at all. It's ok to be negative but offer some reasoning, some new news, some fresh evidence for your negativity?
Otherwise you're no better than those that you accuse of ramping.
Thanks Moni. I for one appreciate comparisons in these black and white terms. Should remind many of what a bargain OO is right now.
I wondered that myself. Or was it 12.5m shares and £1m ??
I'd prefer it to be an institutional investor. Preferably one with bottomless pockets. Happy if its Mo too though.
My barclays account shows the Poolbeg entitlements as "No longer eligible to be held in a UK ISA". Those Poolbeg entitlements are shown immediately above the Poolbeg shares that I bought last week and are held in the same ISA.
I swear they're just making it up as they go along. I've never had any problems with Barclays before but I'm rapidly losing confidence in them now.
Probably looks like Im flip flopping. Im not. Im still broadly positive about the company as a whole and still own every share I've bought .
But sentiment in the Orph SP is something else. It has nothing to do with Putin and much to do with many many promises made by CF.
Until the good sentiment returns then CF will deservedly keep taking stick.
I didn't miss it Moni. I chose to ignore your comment based upon the fact that this share has been falling for a very long time. Much longer than the 4 months since Putin sent his troops in.
I remember it...
and just like I remember so many of CFs promises it came to nothing.
The man's worse than a second hand car dealer.
No I dont think it's ongoing and was probably little more than a wish in the first place.
Sorry for asking a simple question D**kh**d
Thanks Hallsworthy. I bow to your superior knowledge in these matters. ;-)
At what point would a TR1 be necessary if CF was offloading?
Wasn't he free to sell at the start of this month if memory serves correctly?
I'll not be buying more Orph at any price thats for sure. What I have are going in the very bottom of a box somewhere in my basement where I might just forget about them long enough for me to ever see a marginal return... perhaps when I'm very very old.
CF has gotten away lightly with a lot in recent years. Some might call it "blarney" but personally, I think some of it is bordering on fraud. I wont be following any of his future investments. The guy cannot be trusted.
For what it's worth, in my opinion, I think they'll need that cash to expand our facilities fairly soon. I certainly wouldn't want to see it wasted on a divi or share buy back. We need to think bigger and smarter than that.
Moni, you and I probably still wont have our shares by the time POLB is bought out.
Still, the sun is shining and the SP rising. At least that's something to smile about.
Nice to see POLB on the LSE front page this afternoon. Top 4 riser on the day. Makes a change after the last few weeks.
Fingers crossed for more to come too.
Now that just stinks of shenanigans.
EXACTLY the same... very odd... number of shares???
A good spot Extrader. I suspect it's an admin error as the threshold dates are different.
Though given the current state of affairs around the spinoff shares debacle I wouldnt bet my house on it.
@Kaiver135 - I don't see a single seller here. No TR1's since March last year says major holders are sitting on their hands.
Of course he might be selling just shy of any notification levels but the total quantity of shares sold has been much larger.
Besides, who would follow CF into his next venture if he did the dirty on us all here? That's the sort of brown stuff that sticks and follows you around wherever you go.
