I think we have lost a lot of bed wetters and snide traders in recent weeks... the former unresearched and out to watch everything from sidelines, the latter hoping for lows to trade again so having no impact on SP, just snaking around the forums. May well mean a higher proportion of researched folks with an investment view longer than a few months are currently holding RRE than previously.

This is very true... they 100% operate like this. We had one relentlessly posting all day after the RNS when the SP was in the 30s trying to save everyone from buying then.... also with a newish account and not seen since. Coincidentally Lombard were buying on the open market.

And as said previously ... 150m shares have been traded in the last few sessions since the placing was announced. Around 30m placing shares will get eaten up in no time even if they have not already been accounted for in the recent volume. (yes, fwd selling is common)

Also, since the placing was announced... it was also been announced that Avacta have partnered with a multi billion $ pharma to develop what is shaping up to be the holy grail of Covid19 tests on the planet. It's small details like this you appear to ignore.
