Moving forward
I am comfortable with the placing providing it is for the benefit of the company. I like the thought that we have a substantial amount of cash in the bank and it clears up any issues about raising money.
The warrants I think stink, massive dilution, Why would we need the money raised from the warrants ? the bod must know this is going over 2p they will pump and dump imo. Can you imagine 400m shares being dumped? Dr Cave has seen through this and is standing up against the bod.
Now Dr Cave is behind us there is a great opportunity to remove TB and PR - RMS will be a better company without them

Emails from shareholders have gone to himself and his colleague
They will get together st the end of the day and tot up the number of shares

But I think we are looking at the end game here.
I feel that rms would be much a much better company if TB was not leading it.
This is our opportunity to have a say in who is in charge.
If TB goes then goodness knows why he will do with his 5.% but the company as a whole would be more trustworthy and can move forward

When everything went on as a Pi sometimes you don’t get an opportunity to express yourself as nothing solidifies the way we feel as generally we do not group together
Dr Cave’s message today was the catalyst I think everyone needed.
We all wanted to have a voice but I suppose felt that what will be will be.
But now we have a voice and this could’ve our only opportunity so I feel we must make a concerted effort and quite possibly oust TB and PR.
I feel that the market does not trust TB. Look at Iqai great potential but it is not taking off because IMO TB is attached to it.
Once TB has gone the new board at Rms will I hope be trustworthy and we can get that sp moving higher
I will ask Johnathon Hall for an update at the end of the day and once I here from him I will post any information I have

I have made contact with Dr Cave this morning
I made him aware of the support he has particularly from members of this board.
He confirmed that people should contact Johnathon Hall.
I appreciate some members may be sceptical of the contact but I assure you that it is the truth.
