Just had the opportunity to read Dr Caves statement
For me it is a binary choice
Existing bod or Alex Dr Cave plus another.
From my point of view it is Dr Cave and co.
Alex has the business experience and within the group there is a moral compass.
TB I think is a wheeler dealer, sets up deals, makes his money then is not interested in what he leaves behind.
He may have great deals on the table if so for goodness sake tell us.
I suspect lots of us have emailed rms, i for one have never had a reply.
So a bod who I would not trust as far as I could throw them or Dr Cave and his crew

Same with me. Whilst I understand p2f wanting to produce from bio city I felt that they should concentrate on developing products which can be provided to specialised firm which can utilise them within their existing capacity
A great example would be Volz, we
Provide them with the material and let them get on with it.

Can I take from this that P2f will basically produced nano materials let’s say the material for the mask and then let other companies do with it what they think fit ie incorporate it into masks air filtration systems etc

At the moment if you have been following events the share has been through considerable turmoil.
It is fitting where it is in hope and potential.
Start to change hope and potential with bits of reality and then the do will start moving north .

sorry I have been away from this board, been busy over on rms, On a mission to stop these warrants and to support Dr Cave.
as of close of business on monday we had around 35% of the issued shares supporting Dr Cave.
This percentage will have increased today but of course the placed shares hit the market tomorrow.
I think good new has to flow now, thank goodness the ports are now opening both ways.
The news flow as I hope to see it and each bit as long as it is positive should impact on the sp

The good ship RMS is being steadied and I think is about be steered in the right direction into calmer waters.

I have not sold one share during this torrid time in fact I bought another £1k's worth yesterday at 1.36. Stupid or brave? I am sure you will all have your opinion. One months time we will know.
Halfbutt if you are still watching the board, I feel that I may have dragged you into RMS but I am confident that we will come through the other end in profit and I will win my challenge against Eva's Hive

On the face of it I would say great because the warrant holders must be confident that the sp will go above 2p.
The big issue for me is that another 400m shares will be out there, the people holding them (possibly TB) will imo start to dump them when the price is right. Supply and demand the sp plummets.
Why do we need another £8m anyway
Potentially Dr Cave will walk if the warrants get formal approval.

I accept what you say but the issue re the warrants is one that could seriously damage the sp.
Can you imagine RMS's sp if DR Cave walks?
