Natural thoughts on TB are very negative in terms of running a company.
Thoughts on TB working within and for our company?
TB bless him has a skill set. Look at what he has achieved here (pre his attempt to dilute the company) , at BRH and IQAI.
Although there is a lot of ill feeling towards him, I would ask, within the board room is he an asset for RMS?

I am not sure why the email could not be sent out apart from it being a condition of the discussion introduced by TB that it should not go out.
It then begs the question why would TB not want the email to go out.
The only answer I can think of is because he does not want Dr Cave to see the amount of shareholder support he has in terms of the number of shares people hold which would vote against the warrants and for a change to the current bod

I think the issue we have is circa one month ago we were told we are ok for money.
Then the machine is delayed for (being generous here) 1 month
Then if a sudden we need £5m plus £8m from the warrants
You have to admit it stinks

Good post on the blame game.
Another point on the web site, P2F is not mentioned on the headers to the home page.
Gyrometric and Cloudveil are there but for some reason P2F is not.
Perhaps they can spend a bit of the £5m on getting the website up to date

As a bit of a distraction from the usual, several things annoy me, one of these being web sites not been updated, I consider this to be a reflection on the organisation running the site.
It grinds my bones to see Geocurve (backround images to the companies within the group and for the share price) represented on RMS's home page and the most high profile product of our company not even mentioned in the blurb about P2F.

Following on from some of the posts I was going to add the fact that Volz will develop the C fold type mask.
I think the fact that they expressly advertise protection against covid 19 means they must have data to support this.
If our material is being incorporated into Volz's own brand, this would be a more straight forward way of generating revenue. Let Volz do the marketing manufacturing etc..
I am going to start a new thread which if the Volz's mask is connected to us, this could be huge

For a big commercial company to state protects against covid 19 there must be some proof, our material has been proven to kill covis and we are hooked up with Volz, 4 ply passed the breathability test, could easily have then been put forward for CE certification
Conspiracy - Tb new this was coming dropped the sp got he placing out of the way and wanted to get the warrants sorted all before the cat was let out of the bag with the natural reaction to the mask being available on the sp.
Surely TB would not think of such a plan
