A lot of us here bought in pre major dilution and have learnt some very valuable lessons.
Prior to the proposed warrants we could live with the dilution.
What has brought things to a head is the placing which I am ok with as it brings with it a significant cash sum and the warrants. The warrants are surely taking the micky.
TB is a wheeler dealer and has found 2 sides kicks who are prepared to go along with him.
Who knows what goes on in his head. from the day he bought into p2f to date ,he may have had everything planned. I consider him to have only his self interest at heart , It may of been better for him to deal with p2f in the way he has.
With regard to p2f as a business surely it has great potential and needs to right man now at the helm to release the potential.
If there is a light at the end of the tunnel in the short term, whoever was going to hold the warrants I assume were expecting to make money quickly which implies that TB expects the sp to go well above 2p within the next 3 months or so.

Am I missing something but haven't we know for a long time that Trevor does not have a holding of over 3%

I know it does not mean much but someone is biding 1.29 for 70,000 shares ask 1.23.
the main bid is at 1.22

I am not sure how you get notified about this type of news or where you can search to see if anything has been released on this platform.
It is like an RNS but not officially come from the PLC
Someone on here will know where to search I'm sure

I think the machine has past its test, it is the masks that need to be certified

Annoyingly and as normal the lack of communication with shareholders, nothing from RMS, we hear it from Egremont.

I think practically the machine will not leave today as the RNS said ready for collection.
I think it will arrive at Bio City the end of December very early January

I agree with you but all those warrants coming into to market and why would we need the money from the warrants?
If TB communicated with shareholders it would not be as bad, at least we could take an educated view on what he was up to.

Investors can be fickle
Get a few decent rns’s and if they think there is profit to be made I think the dip will recover even with the board room dispute.
TB must have presented a future which was quite compelling to get the placing and for the warrants, exercise-able within a very short period
There must be some good news in the pipeline
