This will involve a placing and I think this is what concerns the market.
The fact that people connected to the company are buying in is great and perhaps the placing dilution is factored into the existing price in some way

I have 2 accounts ISA and normal trading account.
these are my instructions

A. The establishment of a new Board for RMS with oversight by independent non-executive directors. YES

B. The rejection of the issue of warrants in connection with the placing of new ordinary shares on 18 December 2020 on the basis that was announced at that time. YES

Can you please issue votes as above on my behalf

I assume that many of you do lots of trades during the year.
I have started doing my return and have all the transactions, Do people manually cross reference trades?
Do people make records at the time of a sale to note the profit or loss?
So if I bought say 1000 shares at £1 and sold 500 of those shares for £1.10, at the time would you note the gain on a spread sheet.
I am with HL so I can get all my transactions up for the tax year but it is going to be a real pain going through them all
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regarding the rns.
When I first got to know Nolupus he encouraged me to scrutinise rns's.
Apart from the general rns issued today, one phrase used niggled me
"in the next week"
this caught my attention because it related to one of the important aspects ie certification. I wondered what time scale do they mean.
If the document was drawn up last week, do they mean this week.
If it should be taken from the date on the rns was meant to mean from today, does in mean in 7 days time
or
Does it simply refer to next week

There is a possible clue as the same phrase is use in relation to the BOD announcing the date fro the GM as in this section they also state "in the next week". For me it helps because if the announcement for the GM is say given say tomorrow we know that "in the next week" is likely to mean this week

Am I missing something or does it have at least 3 interpretations?

Re RMS, the rats have gone, new bod need to retain holders who have said they will vote down the warrants so it is in their interest to keep the sp down until the warrants have been voted on otherwise those holders are likely to sell before the GM
So the rns was not the best but I think more will come after the issue of the warrants has been sorted out

IMO it is a good time to join rms. I had an email from the agents of Dr Cave saying that if the share holders who they have canvassed about voting down the warrants vote as they said they would, they expect the warrants to be voted down.
The old bod is history, this was the main issue with rms.
I am disappointed with the rns, I expected certification to have been gained and and production to have started. Not sure what I can say about Volz
I think the new bod are on a knife edge. They know that if the sp rises, the people who have committed to vote the warrants down will sell before the GM so they need to keep the sp down to retain those holders.
There may be a dip because expectations were not met today, this could be a buying opportunity

Crypto is very interesting but it would be a quick in and out for me

I like the look of this company, the interview on proactive was interesting, If they need to raise funds to go it alone in USA it will probably good value for money.
Also the founder who resigned back in April 2020 recently took a stake in the company, just under 3%
I am also looking at one of Bojo's BMN.

I have never been wholly out of imm.
Rms is about to burst so I am looking at shares which I am familiar with so I could move quickly with a certain amount of knowledge of the background.
I like Arb but I would need to look at frequent trades in and out. I have just about got my head around a commodity which is not tangible.
I am attracted to copl risk reward I think is good.
I need to look at some others which have been mentioned.
