I mentioned that a member on this board is keeping a running total to another investor I am involved with.
They have just got back to me and in total they have 15m shares and have voted against.
I would add that this is a trusted source of information and would not dispute what they have told me.
Can you please add this amount to the total.

I hope to get the results up later today. I have checked fully but i have had a glance and there some very impressive increases
I think because things seem to change quickly and as I do a monthly update, I will change the time period to one month instead of 2
Can you have a think which share you want to select for the next month.

Great job keeping up the running total.
The qualification to the number of votes is a very good assumption.
I would add that we are aware of the votes cast by members of this board however there will be additional votes by holders who are not members or have not posted their votes on here.
Clearly not a clue to what percentage could be added. I suspect it may be very low as, unless you follow this company closely a holder may not be aware a vote is happening.
I had not received any communication from my platform about it, I am only aware as I have a keen interest in rms

I have been looking at this company, I have never come across this type of investment.
It is basically an off the shelf PLC with a cash balance. As far as I can make out it is created for a private company which want to become a plc ie the private company buys CCAP and hey presto overnight they become a plc. This is referred to as a reverse takeover
Under AIM rules they have 6 months to be bought. Below is an extract from CCAP's web site
Has anybody had any experience of this type of investment
ur business – CCAP – The Company is an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and as such will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission as an investing company (as defined under the AIM Rules)) on or before the date falling six months from 1st October 2020 or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least £6 million), less the consideration received failing which, the Company’s Ordinary Shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40. Admission to trading on AIM would be cancelled six months from the date of suspension should the reason for the suspension not have been rectified.

Sometimes the market defies logic.
Also some of the information provided by sites is not 100% accurate.
At the end of the day on rms this site can shows many more buys than sells but the sp goes down substantially

With the the recent antics of TB with regard to the rns's I think there must be some reason why he is putting the information out in the public domain.
TB will not of done this just because he wants something to do, he always has self interest at heart
What you say about the availability of shares is intriguing
If a bid is on the way surely the mms would increase the price
The price is being walked down for another reason.
Time will tell
Cracking company, at some point holders are going to make a very good return

As far as i am aware there are 2 time limits which will effect you.
1 How much notice does your platform need check with your broker
2 the shares need to be in your name come 12 Feb. If you buy on T plus 2 then on the safe side buy on or before 8th Feb.
I would say generally if you buy during the week coming up you should be fine just be aware that you will have to wait for the settlement date before you can vote

it is a complete lack of trust in the old bod
One day they say they are ok for money
Next they need to raise funds no mention of specific reason as to where they are going to spend the money.
Further dilution with the warrants at was is considered to be a very cheap price
Revenue stream ready to start so possibly no need to raise money
I understand your question and if the bod could have been trusted then under different circumstances PI’s may have accepted the situation

It is interesting the way things are playing out at rms.
wouldn't you just love to be at the heart of the company to know what the hell is going on not only with the masks, production and sales but the other elements crop fertiliser, citrus greening protection and gyrometrics.
What tactics are at play?
Looks very strong possibility now that the warrants will be voted down, A member on the rms board is keeping a running total.
I can understand that they want to keep positive new under wraps until the voting deadline and frustratingly I can accept it as subsequently we will reap the rewards with a major rns .

I am with hL, If you want to vote directly through your portfolio page it is very easy and you can make 100% sure your vote has gone through.
I you want to give it a go here is some help
Go onto your portfolio page. The box showing your portfolio has columns one of which is headed Actions.
Against your rms shares under this column is a navy blue icon with a tick in it.
Click on this icon and it will take you to the voting page.
Click the box to vote against all resolutions then click submit

Fast forward few years, I cant see P2F still being part of rms.
The future I think for P2F is to probably separate from rms by an agreement being reached with a big bio/pharm company. Bayer and p2f would be a good fit

Amazing how the strong feeling out there can be focused by groups like the rms board and it just shows what can be achieved
