If ever you want to train on how to research a company and the abuse of share option and warrants, rms is the one you should look at.
Anyway to get away from the latest rns's.
Anyone have any thoughts on why the GM has not been called yet? Is a deal been done with the old bod to sell their options in a way not to flood the market at one time ? Why would the old bod agree to this?

The risk is on FDA approving the application and the wait but if it does it could be huge

Just starting to check out Angle
On their website they mention this
"The Parsortix system is for research use only (RUO) and is not for use in diagnostic procedures."
Should i be concerned about this as I assume the revenue stream will come from the initial sale of the equipment and the ongoing sales of the disposable slides.
From my first reading I thought a patient would have a blood sample taken and it be sent of for a biopsy and the patient informed of the results. This seems to conflict with what the product is going to be used for.
Have things moved on and the information on the website not been updated?

May be this week news on production and GM. If you are still holding when the GM is announced it is very important that you send a secure message to HL (I recall you mentioned you use HL) giving them instructions to vote down the warrants. I will send a template email when the date is announced.

I think you are very brave holding onto brh if you still have some.
Whatever happens at Iqai if you keep hold for a month or 2 I think everything will come good.

This is waiting to take off. Unfortunately waiting equals expenditure.
IMO Expenditure and not having the revenue to cover it equals placing.
For holders of RMS we have seen how Trevor Brown works. Walk the price down, cheap placing then price goes up.
I think if a placing happens it would need to be around 5p and to raise £1m. This should keep the company funded for at least a year. Within this funded year they will either be bought out or be able to fund themselves as their revenue streams will start to flow.
IQAI is an amazing company and if the placing happens and the sp goes anything near to the placing price I think it would be a fantastic investment.
For existing shareholders I would not panic as once the revenue stream start to come in the sp will be back up there

Which farmer would not be interested in a product which increases the yield and another which helps fight against citrus greening.

I know I am a one man PR machine for RMS on here but mafioso's last post I think is realistic
You know I like analogies , think of rms as a ship.I t set off from the calm port of Valetta with a cargo of good intentions and promise. It steered its way through the storms around the Cape of good Hope. On its return to Valetta the crew had a mutiny and made the Captain and his first officer walk the plank. After this the crew were much happier under the new captain. The ship called at of at the Port of Palma and dropped off its cargo of promise and picked up a valuable cargo of CE approval. It has now set sail back to Valetta where shortly all the good intentions and CE approval will be off loaded and the crew will be rewarded. Unbeknown to lots of people the cargo hold also contains some surprises which the captain of the ship will reveal in good time.
The surprises are nano crop fertiliser and treatment for citrus greening and quite possibly Gyro news( its got to be in the hold somewhere.)
So by good fortune and trust in me, your faith, should you hold for say 2 to 3 months, may turn out to be a very profitable investment.
