Interesting question to which PI's will have their own opinions
The market does not like uncertainty
The big issues at the moment are warrants production and sales.
At the moment the indication is that the warrants will be voted down, once this is confirmed it should have a positive effect on the sp.
Production and sales. People have bought into rms for many reasons but I suspect the main one is the anticipation of the revenue that can be generated from the sale of masks. So you may only get biased replies on this point.
You may or may not be aware of the many other potential revenue streams for rms which is another reason to invest
If I was to invest I would do it now at this current value

Against your rms shares under this column is a navy blue icon with a tick in it.
Click on this icon and it will take you to the voting page.
Click the box to vote against all resolutions then click submit

The dam holding back the sp is going to burst soon. Be it before or after the GM.

it is a complete lack of trust in the old bod
One day they say they are ok for money
Next they need to raise funds no mention of specific reason as to where they are going to spend the money.
Further dilution with the warrants at was is considered to be a very cheap price
Revenue stream ready to start so possibly no need to raise money
I understand your question and if the bod could have been trusted then under different circumstances PI’s may have accepted the situation

I can see the point and in the grand scheme of things 2 weeks is not a long time to wait.
Nit sure how long they can delay production and order news though. If it goes in much longer I think some of the members on the rms board will be out P2f Offices with pitch forks

Got to consider the potential implications of a steep rise in sp if a meaty RNS arrives. The last thing we want is the sp to rise sharply before the GM on the 12th Feb. If this happens potential invested shares will be sold and in turn the votes against the warrants maybe inpacted on. I believe that this share will now be heavily regulated so holding back news will be very difficult for the BOD but i much prefer drip feeding some RNS’s to keep the sp around 3p. Holding the sp between 2.5-3.5p is the best scenario in my view at present. Come the 12th the warrants will then be voted down. Then the meaty news can come along with the rise from the voted down warrants. The 12th is the key date here and its only 2 weeks away. After this say bye to any opportunity in getting this share for cheap. We know deep down this is going to be huge.

Waiting for positive news and watching the price fluctuate can be painful
Lots of frustration out there about the machine being up and running.
I feel that fatigue is starting to set in and PI's need some positive news after the recent bashing.
Within the next few trading days I think we will get rns's on more options being taken up and on production
