Very interesting post.
As the new bod will have control of the date for the GM i was thinking why have they not announced it, there must be some reason.
What you say makes sense
If a share ownership scheme is set up is this something which is announced via a rns?
I know this is stating the obvious but the only people who would benefit from the warrants are the original placees. How many of these will still hold and therefore be entitled to vote I wonder

I think the market is has great concerns over the warrants as if they come into the market the dilution would would considerably affect the sp.
On the flip side if they are voted down I would expect the opposite so pi’s holding at the time of the voting down would benefit.
Every PI has there price but for me at the moment apart from loyalty to Gareth I see lots of positive news coming out of P2f and at some point Gyro so I will hold until after the GM

Willibo Welcome to the board, it is a nice community where companies are discussed and views exchanged.
On Rms that rns on 16 November is etched on my brain as I bought more expecting the sp to kick on.
The rest is history.
It is interesting to hold or sell.
The warrants would be such a big dilution I can see the market being very worried about them.
For people holding at the time of the warrants being voted down there would have to be a positive sp reaction you would think.
With regard to the GM I assume that the new bod will decide the date so really TB will have no input.

I have been thinking of holding onto my shares until the GM so I can vote even if the sp reaches my exit point prior to the GM. Really just to support Gareth.

The main rms website is a reflection on the parent company and I understand that TB and PR really didn’t have any attention to detail and just let someone get on with it hence we have what we have.
I know that the new bod will knock things into shape and that it takes time.
P2f now has an awful lot of attention on it and whereas in the past the website and social media was not been scrutinised, now it is really under the spotlight and they need to meet peoples expectations when they visit it.
It will be interesting to here what Alex etc have to say to you.

I am a fan of Iqai and have been holding for some time.
By now I thought the sp would have moved higher, unfortunately although ultimately the company has massive potential it burns through its cash.
near term i see potential for 2 things happening
1 IQAI is bought out - it is so cheap at the moment it is laughable.
or
2 If it has not hit on a substantial revenue stream it needs will need raise funds to see it through the next year .

I suspect that the share price is in no mans land because option 2 is coming closer. If funding is obtained to keep us going for another year, if the sp reduces then this I feel is the time to perhaps invest more into IQAI because this next year I think will be a major turning point for the company.

Just wanted to start a clean thread.
We have a new member to the gang, Eva.
We are on the runway and about to take off.
One of the elements which the market needs to be boxed off is the issue of the warrants. If these are voted down it will have a positive effect on the sp.
I think existing holders who are aware of the trauma the shareholders have been through need to make a conscious decision as to where to hold until after the GM so you can vote. Quite possibly your exit sp may be reached before the gm.
or
Sell as soon as you exit sp is hit.
At the moment I am tempted to hold until after the GM to show support to Dr Cave and hopefully have the benefit of an increase in sp once the warrants have been voted down.
I understand for some it might be a dilemma and for others a no brainer.

There will be a lot of people relieved to get out at this level so there will be selling pressure, once these are cleared and surely there will be some media coverage over the weekend, the shares will start to strongly move north

This is what we have been waiting for.
The German company Volz will now start to turn on their machines and start churning these out.
I sold arb went into copl and when I saw the news and I could but in at just over 3 I couldn't resist, sold half copl and went into rms
Unless you are long term, if it starts to get close to 4 I would consider your position.

Can someone explain something to me.
Regularly I see trades in the company of volumes of 1 or 2 value say 70p or £1.40
Are people actually buying just 1 or 2 shares?
I cant say that i have seen this in any other company on a regular basis

I don't know why you engage with these people. You have a great amount of respect on here and there is no way you need to justify yourself to little or anyone else.
One of the hardest things is making the decision to buy or sell and anyone that makes that decision will have there own personal reasons.
