Curren has made a balls up of running a public listed company - tech guys often do - has lead the company to the brink and now has little choice but to take what’s on offer. 55p IPO 18 months ago, 3p today and near bust - what a muppet. In return he still has a shareholding and now gets to run his own Sondrel ventures sub - or in other words he’s been offered a role where he can doing techy things without doing any more damage and harm to the grown up proper business. That’s the brutal truth. Rox will turn this around and sell up, for multiples and maybe even vast multiples of its current value…
This often happens when funds liquidate in the small cap space, they’ll approach an mm who’ll offer them a knock out price for the whole - they’ve been robbed, but they don’t care - if their investment criteria is no longer matched they seemingly get out any price. Crazy but there we are…
Pretty sure Rox intention is to effectively steal this on the cheap, fine tune it into a proper business - something Curren clearly wasn’t capable of - and re-list/sell off in the US at many multiples of the current value. I’ve bought in at the low 3’s and sure there’ll be an opportunity to at the very least double that trade. For the longer term if one was comfortable enough to hold stock, even in an unlisted company, the chance of doing 10x that is a real prospect. As has been said here, and many other places, AIM isn’t functioning right now, it’s probably the worst I’ve ever known it in 3 decades of trading and companies are exiting daily because support and liquidity is almost non existent. There is a real opportunity here to take advantage of that. Perpetual, CRUX etc have had to liquidate and that is why we’re where we are now.
There’ll be no 500% today, there are warrants at 2p to exercise so price will be capped by them getting converted, equally though they’ll want the sp above 2p to get that cash in from the warrants. You two utter muppets are as bad as each other…

A view from one mm I spoke to this morning, the mkt got caught somewhat long of stock and has been pushing it this morning to entice retail in - but in his words, “PREM is finished, maybe not today nor tomorrow but the end game is zero”
This ain’t a wildcat driller Terry, maybe re read the JAPEX JV deal and understand they’re looking at development and appraisal projects to grow reserves in tandem with exploration. Clutching at straws, sometimes it’s better just to admit you’ve got it wrong…
