How can you possibly invest in a CEO you don't believe in, it'll only cause stress.

I was in pps and itm as they rose recently, been in for years, got out at 60p and 300p ish (only 2k in each though ) they didn't have loads of cash, they were getting a slow trickle of orders, nothing ground breaking. Nothing we can't replicate.

If UK Gov isn't biting, then fish elsewhere, we may have a better technical solution, we may have more experience, we may have more data, but if the powers that be are preferring to go a with a uni that has no practical experience implementing things (like most Uni's) then look elsewhere, a lot of time and effort could be tied up building relationships (and i'm 100% sure paying for relationships one way or another) that could be spent elsewhere. Sell where the market is buying, where you have a presence with commercial relationships. And then when you have volume someone will see it, and ask 'why didn't we' and that's ok.

There is publicity about something, some project, some award, some growth etc etc. Some of these have hit the H2 figures, some will hit later or build momentum, lots of small wins all small enough not to trigger an RNS, but probably subscription which is the model, once they hit the announced accounts and the pe turns around, then we'll see the price recovery in earnest. So when are the next accounts due and is 4m enough to give us profit? I think it'll be close, possibly expenses from the mergers and name changes will be enough to tip it the wrong way. We've had the delay and the potential for a small dilution. It's not much of a reduction. It's probably weighing up that the delay might be more, but there'll be other sites if that falls through, there's loads of waste and a need to dump coal.
