On the day they listed March 3rd 2019, the MCAP was £219.1m @ 70p a share.
312 million shares in issue, as of today 318m issued.
If ii valued it at £219m back them, logic has it, it must be worth more now with the a heavyweight Chairman and financial backing.

Not the best price movement before results are released.

But would he rather WAIT until the price doubles/ triples / quadruple before he sells.
His divorce is getting cheaper and cheaper with every share price rise, he apparently has to pay £3.3m, not sell all his shares.
If they went to £3.30, he would only need to sell 1 million not 64 million.
I congratulate you on your investigation work, but surely doesn’t warrant the Warning Warning.
That could mislead people.

That’s 1 year old, and I doubt he would want them sold at this price, much closer to the IPO price would be more favourable.

Hopefully, I’ve picked a few up today.
There were on my watchlist after reading about them favourably in the Techinvest last year.

Great to see The Welcome Trust increasing their holding from 3.05% to 4.0263%.
Also Liberum raising their price target from 100p to 110p.
It all helps.

EU plans to make battery cells for 7 million electric cars by 2025: Handelsblatt.
BERLIN (Reuters) - The European Union aims to produce battery cells for at least 7 million electric cars a year by 2025, the economy ministers of Germany and France and a top EU official wrote in an article for the Handelsblatt business daily.
As part of its plan to become climate neutral by 2050, the EU wants to boost local production of battery cells to power clean vehicles without relying on imports, especially from China.
It’s all starting to gather pace ladies and gents.

That’s a good show of confidence, I’ve held Chelverton Smaller Company Trust for 10+ years.
Their asset management trust has a very high conviction, holding only a hand full companies.

It took me a while last summer to build a good holding.
Only 69.8m shares, and when you take out the biggest shareholders, that leaves 17,010,000 available shares, so not many to fight over.
We should get some news soon.

I know we can’t just say a price and that’s as high as they’re going, so that’s when we sell......but, if they did manage to get to 120p - 125p range I would lock in the profit.
From the 115p area, I’d start watching them like a hawk.
Trading Update 26th March last year, so we might continue up a little till then, buy on rumour sell on news maybe.

£1 paid today, great rise since I got in 18th January @ 61.82p.

Nothing in those results to worry me into selling.
Some of these shares we bought when they were way down, we won’t get another chance to buy at those levels again,( hopefully ), so I’m not in a hurry to sell just yet.
A small 5p divi in the future, would be a 10%+ yield on my buy in price.
