I do think they make these types of funding hard to understand/ workout, I’ve come across in other companies.
I often feel that when the price weakens a little and you can buy under the offer, even though there’s only one MM on the offer, that they’ve taken a large buy onto the books and are just moving it on.
Delayed trades can be reported days after the event, we did have one last week for 54,000 shares, printed a few days after the event.
Either way, we have great volume, with our main news catalyst’s yet to land.
Considering I had a top up on March 24th @ 29p, we’ve come along way already.

ENET covered by Zak Mir today, target price 55p hit today, next target 90p towards the end of June.

I must say, I was hopeful for a bit more than this today, after reading the RNS this morning.

Royal Caribbean are just starting again. My daughter works on their ships teaching surfing on the Flowrider. She was hoping to join her two crew friends who flew to Cyprus to quarantine before joining Odeysey, but hasn’t had the call yet.

Yes the way I read the information, the five days above 40p will start again, if it’s missed tomorrow.
Only a few months life left in the warrants though, so the chance to buy 30p hopefully won’t be seen again, so I would expect a full take up.
If the accelerator clause is activated, they have seven days to convert.

So tomorrow should be the fifth consecutive day closing above the 40p mid price, activating the accelerator clause, calling on warrant holders to exercise 1,706,670 outstanding warrants at 30p.
The placing RNS 13/7/20, does state the 20p/30p warrants have a 12 month life span, with that in mind, closed period or not, the Director’s should have no problem exercising their entitlement, as
‘5 consecutive days above 40p’ is out of their control, and by exercising they are only obeying the terms of issue.
Exciting potential news flow to look forward to this year.
Reading past RNS’s does give investors a good picture of the company, I thought the placing warrant terms were very good, with reference to shareholders, yes dark times at a sub £5m mcap, but rewards starting to come.

Actually it might be a blessing for the directors, as they can’t buy when they know of an impending news.
But they’re well within their rights to take up warrants via a pre arranged option.

Still only £22.3m MCAP.

The more I keep reading, the more I want to buy.

Just throwing it out there, the trade at 8:48:28am this morning for 111,111 shares at 93.05p.
Is this the same 111,111 shares the director Christian Dennis took in the placing?

By what information is in the public domain, 50p is dirt cheap.
First bought at 33p last year and doubled my holding yesterday at 51p and can only agree with the frustration of the stagnant share price.
Results to be ahead of expectations, dividend to be declared, recent director buys at higher prices and shops closed, ( which must be saving money), 51p in a couple of months time will seem a steal.

Svend, yes it’s great to see us holding strong in the 60’s, watching the trades, the buyers come in quickly after a few sells go through, looking very strong for now.
