IPF gave a good update today so maybe some read across from them.

Henry Spain have INCREASED their holding by 10 MILLION share!!!
Their overall holding percentage wise has fallen due to the larger amount of shares in issue, NOT because they have sold any.
You accused people of investing without understanding a balance sheet yesterday,
maybe just read the RNS’s instead and then you won’t be posting misleading information.

New shares are in my account, the extra shares I subscribed for were scaled back to about 17% of what I asked for.
Topped up in the market at 60.6p to get my OCD round number holding.

I think most of the selling is done, regarding present investors.
People who didn’t want an increased holding would’ve already sold in the market at the higher price, knowing that their placing shares at 50p would replace them, bringing their total holding back to the same.
A few would have averaged up, so probably long term holders, and some would have averaged down, STAF were £15 a share a few years back.
The only sellers I could see would be the large investors, but they could’ve already forward sold their shares already, and so will pass them straight on when they receive them, damage already done type of thing.
STAF should move higher as the year progresses is my opinion.

Disappointed with the discount at the time, but it was over 100% share increase, and hopefully now recover lost ground.

Friday 21st May.
Staffline proposes raising £48.4m.
68.9 million shares in issue at the time, now just under 166 million shares in issue.
Q1 trading ahead of expectations.
Underlining operating profit increased 133%.
Significant restructuring generating £15m in overhead costs.
Debt I believe was £54.9m to include £46.5m of deferred VAT payments.
So the gross £48m raised will pay the debt of £54.9m.
What am I missing?

Trading ahead of expectations, debt cleared (at our expense), in a sector that should be booming.
New management took over last year.
Largest shareholder Henry Spain, has taken just over 10 million shares, total holding of 25 million shares.
It should be a very good investment going forward.

Taken an extra 50,000 @ 5p this morning.
Next week’s RNS should throw some more information our way.

Hi adv11, that's an impressive amount of quarterly divi payers.
I wasn't insinuating that you should sell DEC, when i mentioned NCYF, apologies if my post came across like that.
DEC have given me some nice capital growth, first bought on 2/2/19 @ 73p, then again on 13/2/20 @ 84.5p, then again on 14/4/20 @ 84.9p, giving me an average of 77.3p.
For the record I do agree that it would be great if DEC was to declare a "clean dividend" as of today at a rate of 2.81p and we all got that, but as i've said before, even my two accounts at ii will be different.

Just above the £100M market cap now, £100.7M, another plus.

Looking very good again today, just under 65p just paid, volume is 600,000 already.

Looking very strong again today, should be setting a new 12 month high soon.

Started well this morning, every trade over the £1 mark, 105.2p just paid.
Onwards and upwards now, consolidating in the 90p’s is hopefully in the past.
