All those delayed trades are strange, I’ve just been going through them but nothing unusual stands out, ie bed & isa or round trade sells, all seem like private investors trades that haven’t been published for some reason, clerical maybe?
Topped up 40,000 @ 40.62p, not nice buying in a falling market but hopefully for the points redwineday highlights below, all STX has to do now, is sell their proven beneficial to health product.

I can see this in the final results statement if it helps?

To date, the Company raised in total from the Placing and Subscription in July £2,66m, all of which closed on 12 May 2021 from the initial issue of shares and the exercising of the related Warrants, which included £616,667 from the Directors. As of the date of this report, the Company has received via the 5G Fund £2,450,000 of the £3,200,000 as well as a further £256,766 against the initial allotment shares, being a total of £2,706,766.

I’m waiting to see a double tap sell too, I’ll go for 2x 26,000 for fun.

Hi Gibbo, yes I agree about Spreadex, I was thinking more about when Christopher Mills/ Harwood Capital took a 3.05% holding in the December placing, (I was very pleased with that), then within a couple of weeks they had sold down to under a 3% holding, and more than likely completely out not long after.
Happy with this weeks transformational progress though :-)

Janus Henderson’s purchase of 3 million shares, taking them up to 5.41% from 4.3626% is a great show of confidence, let’s face it, our other Institutional Investors have moved the other way, hopefully the start of things to come.

Agreed, we can’t be too far off some real numbers being reported, then the next up leg up in the price.

If I’m honest I always thought 80p/90p, but with Provident throwing in the towel, Amigo’s woes and a good update from IPF yesterday, also watched our CEO in a good interview recently, nice dividend too, I’ve been thinking of holding on to see where we end up.
Bought at 33p, doubled up at 51p, average 42p now, so MCL could start to provide a great income.
Probably be very tempted to sell a few at 120p though, I’m trying to be more relaxed lately, seem to sell too early myself.
IPF purchase was 44p, sold at 92p, now 140p as an example.

Yes 8.46%, they sneaked that out at the end today.
Impressive share price improvement considering all those shares that they have sold. Must have found a good home.
AGM next week, hopefully accompanied by a bullish trading update.

All these round number sells must be them though.
MM’s selling them into the strength when they can.

That’s better I guess, not that someone has lost, just that is a normal market. I never went through the past trades, usually do, but just assumed it’s a larger holder trying to sell down before their next tranche arrives.
That’ll teach me to jump to assumptions, cheers bid.

49,845 sell just popped up from 13:27pm.
It’s obviously our large holder selling down, just the way it is.
Couldn’t do without them at the time I imagine, now we’d like to try doing without them.
Find it hard to believe that it’s private investors continually selling at these prices.
