So Lombard Odier Asset Management have 8,000,000 shares, 22.22% of AMOI.
Which means they took 4 million of the placing shares then, good show of support.
Who had the other 2 million?

There was a trade yesterday for 250,001 shares at 32p, 8:13:03am, that’s been published today.
Connected to today’s 250,000?
Also a 75,000 trade at 35p yesterday but published today.
Both look like sales yesterday.

Henry Spain increased their holding to 19.43% from 18.86%, an extra 400,000 shares roughly.

Well done, but the potential is huge with the right RTO.
Today’s rise has only added £400K to the market cap.

Looking good, 6p - 7.5p on level 2 , 50,000 @ 7.45p just gone through and 8p being paid now.

Not sure why we’re having 91,890 trades, four today and one yesterday?

AMOI, placing of 6 million shares yesterday at 4p, a trade of 4 million shares at 4.5p yesterday.
New market maker added this morning, 5p to 6.5p at the moment.
The 4 million trade could’ve been Lombard Odier Asset Management selling, as iaintgotaclu mentioned, they held/hold 4 million.
Commitment of confidence in a RTO.
No smoke without fire.
Why would a new market maker start a market in the shares if volume wasn’t going to increase?
Unless they took the placing shares and just selling them off but New Investors and Existing Investors took them supposedly.
Agree hobione, MCAP £1.7m, could go up massively.

New market maker added this morning. They must think that trade volume is going to ramp up going forward.
The CEO is also in charge at Thalassa and has a good reputation of deal making.
AMOI was set up by Thalassa and spun out to it’s shareholders, obviously for a reason, so am confident some kind of RTO is planned.

The bid price only changed from 2.8p to 3p.
They could’ve priced the new shares lower than the bid price, which is quite common, but instead the mid price of 4p was used.
Have I better explained my optimism at the 4p placing and warrants at 8p & 12p.
We could’ve easily been shafted, but instead it was fair.

Nice to be priced at 4p and not a massive discount, shows they’re thinking of the average shareholder.
Also a plus having the warrants priced at 8p / 12p.
Seems things are progressing behind the scenes towards a RTO.

Monday for the finals and a welcomed price uptick today.
Simon Thompson’s write up on XPD February was only available to Alpha subscribers, so we may have a few catalysts to move us higher over the next week or two.
Results, follow up article and maybe more press coverage in the Chronicle, not that I rate the chronicle.

I too agree with the buy rating, so averaged up this morning, news should be very close.

Very positive announcement this morning, five year contract extension signed and another one almost in the bag.
Not long to wait, end of April, and we should find out.
