Worth a punt with the CEO, Mr Soukup being Thalassa’s (THAL) CEO too, who is turning into a bit of a deal maker.

£1.52 would be a £420m takeout price.
Can’t see a price tag below £400m but I think £470m - £500m too much.
So £1.50 - £1.60 would work.

Still have a gut feeling regarding a takeover attempt.
Happy to let the story unfold over the next 18 months, but if someone wants to bring forward our payday, who am I to complain.

Very good point adv11, if the holding is still the same from November 30th, then that’s £9,964,104 dividend due on the 26th February.

500,000 @ 15.95p (buy) & 200,000 @ 15.535p (90% sure it’s a buy)

When reading any RNS I’m relieved when it starts with ‘pleased to provide’.
Today I’ve focused on the fact we are ‘in line with expectations’ and also no nasty surprise’s, which if there are any lurking we would have been told.
Could’ve been more informative, it isn’t, so I’m choosing to focus on the positives.

Few delayed trades from yesterday published today, a 1 million sell @ 14.5p at 8:33am.
Also a couple of large trades 250,000 & 300,000 in the last 15 minutes of trading which look like buys.

Always sensible to lock some profits in.
Adjusted profit before tax will be around £13.3m as we were told in the last trading update.
MCAP £236m seems high but as you know markets are forward looking, so the outlook is the go to paragraph for me. If I can hold my nerve till then.

84.8p to sell which was the most recent high.

Looks like an attempt at the recent 84p high is on the cards.
Good momentum leading up to the finals in early March.

Couple of buyers taking advantage of the low market cap this morning.
Confident as we can be going on the info in the public domain, 21% increase in revenue and four times more value in orders in the 2nd half compared to the first.
Excellent basis making a investment case.
Spot of news to underpin the recent rerate would be welcomed, gla.

More buys than sells and the price goes down.
Not how the stock market is supposed to work, but hey, true value will shine through eventually.
More fun watching shares go up than down, come on 20p’s.

Private Banking group who are well into a 3 month trial could land anytime February.
Expect the trading update the same time.

There was three sells Friday totalling nearly 500,000 that were only announced yesterday.
Other than that, I haven’t seen anything to push the price lower.
Nothing more than profit taking in case the update doesn’t propel us higher maybe.
But there’s gold, silver and copper in them there hills, we just have to wait until we get the guesstimate of how much.
