Yes, half decent trading Update and we’ll move into a nice new trading range, 50p just paid, 49p to sell, small free float.
Move up to 65p - 70p easily possible in my opinion.

Looks like Christopher Mills of Harwood has sold 250,000 shares taking their combined holdings
just under 3%.

Sham, maybe the logic is they raised money in the past to pay off the CLN’s and only paid off a small amount £460,000 ish, so they are letting us and the new investors know it’s been dealt with.

Pleased they’ve moved fast and paid off the CLN’s, Riverfort and YA.
But the big difference is the comment by our CFO Mark Hughes, nothing from Peter Fowler, changes afoot I think.
Also a repeat of the near term contracts possibility.
Should have close to £3m cash left. Raised £5m, say £4.5m after costs, paid out £2.6m and had £700,000 before.

W-8EN form, don’t think it works in every type of account only because nothing ever matched from account to account for me.
When you fill it out make sure you put UK. I put England, country of residence, they threw it out but didn’t tell me until I had another divi with 30% deducted.

Are your shares in a SIPP?
If they are, go to your cash holding and move it to US$ from sterling and you’ll see it. You can convert it to £’s then but they’ll have another little piece of your pie.
Apparently Interactive SIPP can’t accept the $ to £ conversion, so by default it’s paid in $’s but you can only hold sterling in their ISA, so they convert it for you.
I know crazy :-)
I have them in both accounts and I lose out a good chunk of the divi in my SIPP compared to my ISA.
Written lots of emails, won’t change.

There was an option for WSG to introduce investors for the Riverfort shares, maybe Riverfort/ Ya holdings have found a new home instead of being sold into the market.

I need some new news from any company yet alone WSG, I’ve read and reread everything over the Xmas break.

Yes Christopher Mills involvement is a very big plus.
I am invested in several several other companies he also has a stake in.
Not the biggest holding but he must see something here, but the other side of that is he does have a holding in our new broker Arden if memory serves well.

17.5p paid, so stands a good chance of closing above 16p at the moment.
