RE: why the delay in the vote date?8 Dec 2020 10:43
I agree win4call, don’t like being taken for a mug by the BoD particularly PF, but if it’s voted down, other than “we’ll show him moment”, where will be end up, there’s bills to be paid.
We all wanted him to do a fund raise in a normal way, not a Darwin or Riverfort/Ya type of raise.
Is it better for a company to change its ways and stand a chance at growing or shall we vote it down and snub it out.
That’ll show him won’t it, no money in the bank, the next statement can contain the line saying, uncertainty about a going concern, great for share price action.
I’ll slip in again, I hate where WSG are at, and I’m losing a serious amount of money due to historic funding choices and business ideas, ferry’s and gifting our stock to local places of worship, it’s easy to give other people’s money away. I give to charities because I’m in a fortunate position, Westminster is losing money, keep your hand out the till PF.
Yes they should be taking wage cuts, buying shares or heaven forbid, telling us how our business is performing in a clear understanding way and not all the cloak and dagger sh**.
Now let’s hear, they won’t change their ways, more fund raises down to a tenth of a penny.
Tell me how many know the nominal value of your other stocks?
It’s only an issue here because it makes it easier to raise money in the future, without having the nominal price issue again.
What if there’s no more fund raises and we’re worried for no reason, or a MSC does land and get us out of the muck.
If you think a large contract won’t land, it’s time to let go, sell and move on.
What’s the point holding otherwise.
If you have any faith things will turn round, you vote in favour of all resolutions and continue to wait.
The board are liars, stop picking the scab, sell and move on.
The board have done a bad job, not helped be a world wide pandemic, but throw them a lifeline and help them to help our company.
The board have had all the chances their going to get, vote against and crush the share price even more, by leaving them with no money.
