My only thought was what I posted last night, about a fund raise.
But that’s only reading between the lines.
Bit disappointed if I’m honest.

Notwithstanding the combination of corrective measures taken in 2020, which has resulted in a significant improvement in working capital, the board continues to evaluate its options in relation to strengthening the Group's finances. Whilst the outlook for Staffline in the near-term is not without its challenges, the board remains cautiously optimistic.
If memory is correct, this the second time they’ve mentioned “strengthening the group’s finances”, which is probably holding the share price back.

I’ve held DGOC for years now, through the market ups and downs.
Like most holders the only fly in the ointment is the divi payment and tax treatment in different accounts. I’ve give up moaning and just accept what I get.

Yep, another £1m+ on top of the £1.75m raised December.
I think the investors would have a good idea of the Red Setter survey results before stumping up another £1m at 12p a share, and they're not in it for a few pence a share profit either.
Bodes well for next weeks RNS.

The shares were admitted to the market on the 18th January, if the holders take up the full entitlement 7,500,000 @ 12p that’s another £1m in the pot and a great show of confidence.
Have they waited to see the results of the data before saying how many them want?
All Exercised or let them lapsed, I’m sure take up in full.

Picked up another 60,000 @ 13.252p, trade will show up in an hr, delayed publication.
News today/tomorrow at least on warrant conversion amount, as stated in RNS 12/1/21....
‘Further announcement will be made with the final number of exercised warrants and shares issued before the end of January.
Monday is February 1st, so if still on plan, today/ tomorrow and may get news on analysis of Red Setter data too.

Quality is the main factor for me, nothing worst than trying to guess missing words in a conversation.
If the three month trial with the Investment Bank goes well, that in itself will give greater confidence the pipeline can be converted.

Further reading Duncan Soukup joined the board of Tappit to assist the company in acquiring new clients in complementary industries to the company's existing areas of strength. I will also assist Tappit in securing further growth capital which could include both private or public funding or a public listing and capital raise.
So maybe it is a global payment company planning a RTO?
Tappit's customers include Kansa City Chiefs and Jacksonville Tigers.

The CEO, Duncan Soukup, who also runs Thalassa, has a good history of deal making.
He helped develop/ support, swarming droids for underwater seismic mapping of the ocean floor for oil companies and also military use.

Thalassa acted as lead investor into Tappit, a global payment and data and ecosystems for the event’s industry, November 2nd.
Two weeks after AMOI was listed.
Maybe he has seen other opportunities or a reverse takeover so Tappit is listed?
