Sounds like the most plausible conclusion to me. Asset disposal rather than share sale. The other asset should then rerate.

They have obviously passed some sort of milestone. Then again they might have just been mega busy.

I wonder what the record is. I think the average time is 4-6 months I remember reading.

I know that, as it’s my trade, and I know I’m probably waffling, but something will have instigated the voluntary closure, either director or accountant.

It is a virtual office yes but it’s c/o Eurasia. I’m guessing he formed the co to protect the name, but his accountant has suggested he won’t need it anymore now, so might as well strike off.

Just bought another 20k. Noticed a company with postal address to Eurasia Mining has just been closed. I might be wrong but this looks like final housekeeping to me. In my job when someone sells a company all the extra dormant companies they have get closed too as the fees stop.
