Just for the insti’s according to Telegram. I think they have come to the conclusion that the nomad has advised against live Q&A because it would be a nightmare to control.

Must be something price sensitive in there otherwise why the ‘no comment’ reply from the co when asked about content. Alternatively they could have stayed that a presentation will be posted on the website shortly after the presentation for shareholders.

I really don’t know why someone would place a sell order so high. I’m guessing it will just disappear. Someone more knowledgeable might know the reasoning behind it. Very low volume today. Might as well shut up shop early and get that RNS out early so we can all enjoy a beer ;-)

Market makers, institutions, rich guys that can buy and sell shares without a middle man. One of these placed 2 1m sell orders at earlier periodic auction at 31 and 35. I have no idea why they would do this.

They should try shaking upwards. Couple of million was waiting to be sold at the earlier auction at 31 and 35.

Not 8 weeks. It will be less as they have to announce AGM and notes with 21 days notice I believe.

SB4132, As I understand it treasury shares are shares repurchased by a firm, done so to increase share price. In terms of ‘issuing’ treasury shares, which is what is happening here, I think this is a term which means put on one side for an acquisition.
