Rastuss - Historically the cash position reduces in the first quarter. He doesn't give a detailed summary of the $100m Capex. Are you saying that if Lonmin were to be taken over SGL will spend this $100m plus on Capex. I would put money on that SGL won't spend anywhere near this...
It's funny how you agree with the LMI finance director. I think the whole Board are useless and have wasted vast amounts of shareholders funds. The Board will most probably face a shareholders class action suit if this deal goes through on the current terms whether the shareholders would win we will have to wait and see...

The Board of LMI accepted the deal at the time which valued LMI at 100. SGL have messed up in many areas which has resulted in the real takeover price of 50. SGL also have a shareholder class action suit against them and the prospects of a wrights issue. The LMI Board will have to consider the position very carefully as SGL will not be the only ones fighting a shareholder class action suit.

LMI shareholders are not getting a good deal. I will vote against the takeover.

That article is another bit of propaganda. If LMI were so desperate they would have sold the Furuya investment a long time ago. The Board of Directors have been taking the p**s and continue to do so.

I feel sorry for you Rastuss if you did lose on LMI as Ta said but it doesn't mean that present holders equally have to suffer. I have been a holder here for a long time and have averaged down as I do believe that LMI has a future. The LMI share price has been held back because of the SGL takeover. I would prefer LMI to go it alone as I believe that would be the best outcome but that's my opinion...
