Quarterly payment date for the coupon on these was 31/10, presumably why they were forced to sell some machines, I only make the quarterly payments $750k-$800k but might be wrong.
Next pay date 31/01 that's a long way away the things are looking here (for a loan note holder).

The big bucks is when this is added back to FTSE Indices, all the forced buying from trackers etc... And who is selling their 30-50% divi yielding Poly holding, not me.

Another strange RNS today actually, having just re-read it.

"The Company no longer believes that this subscription will be consummated under the previously announced terms."
Why not? Has the SI pulled out altogether? Are they willing to put money in but for more equity? Or something else.
Doesn't give any real update when you read it, does that warrant an RNS?

This and the one from 7th October have just screamed to the market Argo are absolutely desperate for cash, thus decimating the share price and making the funding they need even more difficult to obtain.

Looking forward to the RNS to say PW has left the building.

Should Argo be unsuccessful in completing any further financing, Argo would become cash flow negative in the near term and would need to curtail or cease operations

2 possibilities that I see

1 - the SI got spooked either by the DD or CORZ

2 - they absolutely played PW and will pick this up from bankruptcy.

There was never a reason to announce the placing price, showing that discount to the market showed how desperate Argo were, which dropped the SP further making the placing impossible to proceed.

Criminal mismanagement, any competent CEO would have known this.
