A delayed update I guess. I noticed that it's BD5 and no update yet. I thought they were usually released by now but they seem to come later than they used to?

Given that wind down doesn't seem to be on the immediate horizon, I'd be more inclined to think that no update meant positive news was on it's way, but absolutely no idea what that could be. Who knows with Argo.

What's are thoughts on an Argo update for November, are we going to get one?

BLOK is an actively managed ETF, not a tracker. So an exception to what I've said below. That is interesting that they've obviously lost faith, although not surprising considering where we are.

77% down and contributed -1.28 to the fund in the time they held Argo.

Most institutions were really only buying into Argo because it was was included in indices for crypto/Blockchain.

Every fund Mike was tracking was a tracker of an index basically. Any buys or sells was to ensure the fund was aligned to the index.

Argo remains a constituent in at least one of those indices (NYSE FactSet Global Blockchain Technologies Index) and so the funds tracking those will still hold the same weight.

We saw last week a large chunk of fund sales because Argo dropped out of an MSCI index. Those funds don't care what they hold and they don't really care how much they pay or sell for, they need to mirror an index, nothing else.

And HC it looks like Argo still on that link.

Ukrainian news stands up to scrutiny in the western media, whilst Russian news doesn't. That's weird.

What I probably should have said is that I am having almost a daily struggle not to go all in here, knowing that 100% in anything would be bad risk management, regardless of how good an opportunity it seems.

Funny trades today between about 11.20 and 11.30, unless they were stop losses, need to hoover up some shares for the big buys which continue.
Seriously thinking of going all in here.

When I looked before the consequences seemed to be merely a warning letter that the company have 6months to resolve.
Not sure if there is a regulatory announcement and a bit of bad press, but ultimately, in the immediate term, it means very little.

So funding and a favourable PPA, would that be enough for Argo and at what levels for both.

Let's tweak the question slightly, what could realistically save Argo now (that is in their own hands)?

I'll be happy if this is still around this level at Christmas, I'll have some more money to top up around then.
