Heavy drop down to 3.75p this morning. That's 35% down on the SP 6 weeks ago. The markets really aren't liking this one. My optimism is waning.

No mention of the value of the contract at all, just that it was add to revenue from 2018 and beyond. I'm assuming if it was a significantly large value contract they'd have mention a value. I also assume Paul Langworthy, CEO, was instrumental in winning this contract as he spent 9 years working for UMG.

Don't you just love it when we start the week with no new news and another drop in the share price?

I believe SC's words were that we'll hear something "Over the coming days"

After resisting for several months, I've just topped up to 100k shares so I'm now bought in at an average of 5.6p and still hoping to stay in until we reach 25p even if that takes longer than originally expected. My eldest child is more likely to get a university education if we can make it within 2 years.

Can someone far closer to the financials of 7Digital let me know how much was raised from the additional share offerings earlier in the year versus the value of these bonus shares offered to the board today?
I don't see how a company can go from needing a huge cash investment 6 months ago to handing out huge bonuses without any huge increase in financial performance.

If many of the sales are people that bought at 4p from the capital raising then you can't blame them for wanting out. They've made a 40-50% return in a few months. I'd be happy with that. It's the people that have bought in over 12 months ago that need to stay in a lot longer to see the same kind of return.

I see there was a 625,000 share sale this morning. Someone has been very keen to dump this one.

The fact that the 2017 results have final been announced is very positive. The fact that a new contract or 2 has been announced is very positive. The fact that the share price has risen based on the above but we have to remember that 5p is still a shockingly low price and probably still has most of us looking at a loss on our investment. Good times may be ahead but we're a long way from it just yet so SC and all at 7digital have a lot of work still to do. I'll be holding but I'm going to resist topping up any more.

According to a message direct from Simon Cole to an ADVFN user, the results RNS will be announced this Friday.

Would that mean the suspension ends Friday or would we be back on the market from Monday morning?

I have no idea who Tiger is or how reliable his information is but he seems to have some communications with SC directly and he's always confident of a bright future so I'm following his lead and staying with this one.
I go on holiday on Friday for 2 weeks so it would be nice to be able to relax knowing my 7Digital profits are paying for it.

SC has already come out and said that there will be an RNS to tell us when the results will be released so until we get that RNS we won't be getting the results. Hang on to your hats a bit longer.

"When I am confident of a specific date, we will post an RNS" So we'll be getting an RNS to give us a date rather than an RNS with the actual results. Sounds like results are at least another week or 2 away yet.

@village_idiot - Yes, the prediction of a SP increase by the end of the month is purely my personal speculation and not representative of the views of SC or 7D. I'm happy to be proven wrong by a 100% or even 200% increase ;-)

You'll notice I started my post with the word 'apparently' as I'm only going off what I've been told by someone who has 'apparently' spoken directly to Simon Cole. Only time will tell if the information is to believed or not.

Apparently the results will finally be released within 2 weeks with a very positive set of numbers.
SP will be up 50%+ by the end of the month.
I've been so tempted to top up for weeks but I've resisted. I know I'm going to regret it.

has anyone listened to Simon Cole's podcast on Media masters? I'm about half way through it at the moment. He's been saying all the usual drivel about what an amazing industry he works in but nothing to give real confidence for the future other than Simon enjoys it so he'll carry on.

Literally as I type this he's just given massive praise to his COO who "makes all the trains run on time". Maybe take your eye off the trains and look at the accounts!!

So where is the RNS announcing the results that they have a legal obligation to release by today?

You say no leaks but there has been a gentle increase in SP from 4.15p to 4.7p so either the market knows something or there is just a general optimism that the results are going to be good. I'd love to see the kind of results that will put these 4p SP days behind us permanently.
