LONDON (Alliance News) - Business processing, technology and procurement services provider Xchanging PLC on Friday said its finance director has resigned ahead of completion of its takeover by US group Computer Sciences Corp.

Xchanging said David Bauernfeind has resigned from his role and will remain with the company to oversee the handover to CSC. He will then leave after Xchanging's de-listing from London becomes effective, which is due to take place on June 6.

CSC is acquiring Xchanging in a GBP480.0 million deal.

Xchanging shares were down 0.8% to 190.02 pence.
