Xchanging CEO To Take Up Chair Position For General Meeting

LONDON (Alliance News) - Xchanging PLC said Thursday that it Chief Executive Craig Wilson will also take up the position of Chairman for the purpose of chairing its upcoming Annual General Meeting at the end of June.
The company expects its listing and trading on the London Stock Exchange to be cancelled next Monday ahead of its takeover US group Computer Sciences Corp.
Shares in Xchanging closed down 2.8% at 185.00 pence Thursday.
