HOUSTON, April 14 (Reuters) - BP Plc was restartingthe 65,000 barrel per day (bpd) fluidic catalytic cracking unitat its 413,500 bpd Whiting, Indiana, refinery on Tuesday,sources familiar with plant operations said.
