(Alliance News) - Taptica International Ltd on Tuesday confirmed it has renamed itself Tremor International Ltd.
The move was approved at an annual general meeting earlier in the month, and became effective from the start of trade this morning.
In April, video advertising firms Tremor, then known as Taptica, and RhythmOne combined in a GBP135 million deal.
Shares in Tremor were down 1.2% at 123.50 pence on Tuesday, giving the company a GBP156.9 million market capitalisation.
