(Alliance News) - SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Ltd on Wednesday said the managing director of its joint investment manager is stepping down, though he will continue to chair its alternative investment fund manager.
Neil Roberts, managing director at SQN Capital Management (UK) Ltd - SQN Asset Finance Income Fund's joint investment manager - is leaving that company.
However, Roberts will remain as chair of SQN Capital Management's US parent company, which is also SQN Asset Finance Income Fund's alternative investment fund manager.
He will, in addition, "continue to provide support" for the Anaerobic Digestion segment of SQN Asset Finance Income Fund's portfolio.
Shares in SQN Asset Finance Income Fund were down 1.0% at 49.49 pence in London on Wednesday morning.
