(Alliance News) - SigmaRoc PLC on Wednesday said its chief executive officer, chief financial officer and technical director purchased shares in the construction material firm in three transactions.
Max Vermorken, CEO of the company, purchased 45,528 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 43.9 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Vermorken's total interest in the company is now 437,511 ordinary shares, representing 0.3% of the total voting rights of the company.
In a separate transaction, CFO Garth Palmer purchased 45,761 ordinary shares paying an average price of 43.62 pence and his interest in the company is now 221,330 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the total voting rights of the company.
Finally, Technical Director Charles Trigg purchased 22,547 ordinary shares at a price of 44.35 pence per ordinary share. His total interest in the company is now 143,645 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the total voting rights of the company.
SigmaRoc shares were up 9.0% in London at 46.88 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
