San Leon Energy Reports Retirement Of Chairman Raymond King

LONDON (Alliance News) - San Leon Energy PLC on Friday said Chairman Raymond King will not stand for re-election and will retire as a director of San Leon with immediate effect.

The oil & gas company said King will continue to fulfil his duties as secretary of the company until the end of 2018.

"I would like to lead the board in offering our grateful thanks to Ray for his many years of service to the company since its inception," said Chief Executive Oisin Fanning. "We wish him the very best in retirement."

San Leon shares were trading 2.1% higher on Tuesday at 28.60 pence each.
