(Alliance News) - RentGuarantor Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has entered a three-year marketing deal with student letting company, University Living.
The London-based rent guarantee service provider said University Living will use bespoke marketing materials to promote the RentGuarantor service to its residential tenants, with the intention of "generating secure tenancies for University Living's landlord portfolio."
This comes after RentGuarantor announced last week that revenue in 2023 jumped approximately 79% due to tenant contracts more than doubling. It added that it had signed five strategic contracts with five new channel partners during 2023, and signed partnership deals with 44 letting agent entities and groups.
Chief Executive Officer Paul Foy said: "We are pleased to announce this partnership with University Living, and work will begin immediately with the onboarding of tenants and the provision of rent guarantees.
"This partnership is another positive step forward for the company, allowing us to further expand our revenue streams and broaden our access to the student lettings market. I look forward to announcing further partnerships in the future."
Shares in RentGuarantor were 4.4% higher at 286.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
