LONDON (Alliance News) - Rambler Metals & Mining PLC on Wednesday said production grew both year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter in the three months to the end of April.
Rambler said production for its third quarter was 4,530 tonnes of copper concentrate, up 25% against the second quarter of the financial year and 14% year-on-year.
The company said it remains on track to meet its production targets for the full year to the end of July.
"We continue to see improvement each quarter for the production of copper, gold and silver from the operation," said Chief Executive and President Norman Williams.
"Moving into the fourth and final quarter of the fiscal year, the operation is on track to meet the forecasted guidance for the year and management look forward to updating the market in due course," Williams added.
Shares in Rambler were down 1.3% to 3.70 pence.
