(Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV on Friday said it has signed an addendum to its pre-agreement to sell a plot of land in Romania for EUR620,000, agreeing that the deal must take place before February 15, 2020.
The pre-agreement was inked all the way back in February 2019 and concerns a plot in Brasov. This new addendum, however, states that the transaction must be consummated no later than February 15 provided conditions are met, including that the former financing bank of the property did not exercise its right to buy it.
The exclusivity period for the sale is to elapse on either February 15, 2020, or the termination of the pre-agreement - whichever comes first. Approximately EUR50,000 is to be paid by the promissory purchaser as down payment.
Shares in Plaza Centers closed untraded at 42.40 pence in London on Friday.
