LONDON (Alliance News) - IXICO PLC said Wednesday that it has appointed Susan Lowther to the board as chief financial officer with effect from October 1, 2014.
Lowther joins the AIM-listed brain health company after most recently serving as group chief financial officer and a director of Novacyt SA, a European company listed on the French Alternext exchange. Novacyt specialises in cancer and infectious disease diagnostic products and services, operating from four sites in France and the UK.
"We are delighted that Susan is joining the IXICO team. She brings a depth of financial and business experience that will help us continue to grow the business internationally," said Derek Hill, CEO of IXICO.
Shares in IXICO were untraded Wednesday morning, quoted at 49 pence per share.
