Universe Group PLC - Southampton, Hampshire-based retail management solutions, payment and loyalty systems provider - Revenue in six months to June 30 down 1.5% year-on-year to GBP9.8 million from GBP9.9 million. Swings to pretax loss of GBP826,000 from GBP181,000 profit. "We are pleased to see our first half revenues hold up despite the effects of Covid-19," Non-Executive Chair Andrew Blazye said. "Despite difficult market conditions, we have won further significant business with several major clients in the payment processing space, as well as a major payment device contract."
