IN BRIEF: RWS Holdings hires new CFO Stephen Lamb from Midwich

RWS Holdings PLC - Maidenhead, England-based technology-enabled language services provider - Hires Stephen Lamb to be chief financial officer, replacing Candida Davies, whom RWS earlier this month said will be leaving at the end of 2025. Lamb will join the company and it board in the first quarter of 2026. He currently is finance director and board member for Midwich Group PLC, a Norfolk, England-based audiovisual technology distributor. Midwich says Lamb will remain for the 2025 year-end process. It has started the search for a successor. Lamb has been with Midwich since 2018. Previous finance roles were with Iron Mountain Inc, International Workplace Group PLC and Experian PLC.
