IN BRIEF: Avation wins 8-year aircraft lease with FlyJaya in Indonesia

Avation PLC - Singapore‑based aircraft leasing - Leases an ATR 72-600 aircraft to FlyJaya, an Indonesia-based airline, for eight years to 2034. Avation doesn't provide financial details of the contract but says it is at "current market lease rates". The aircraft is delivered to FlyJaya, a new customer for Avation, on Wednesday. "In a period of elevated jet fuel prices, regional air connectivity remains critical to local communities, particularly in countries with extensive airport networks and numerous islands," says Executive Chair Jeff Chatfield.

Current stock price: 135.57 pence for GBP81.4 million market capitalisation

12-month change: down 6.5%
