Old Mutual Ltd - Anglo-South African financial services firm - Says Clement Chinaka, managing director of Old Mutual Africa Regions, buys 139,000 shares at a weighted average price of ZAR11.37 for a total of ZAR1.6 million on Monday. Also says Chief Financial Officer Casparus Troskie buys 43,500 shares at a weighted average price of ZAR11.42 for a total of ZAR496,911 on Thursday last week.

Current stock price in London: 51.10 pence, up 1.8%

12-month change: down 17%

Current stock price in Johannesburg: ZAR11.50, up 1.9%

12-month change: down 4.9%
