IN BRIEF: M&C Saatchi Shakes Up Leadership With New CEO, Chair

M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Executive Chair Jeremy Sinclair, Chief Executive Officer David Kershaw and Executive Director Bill Muirhead to step down from roles.

Non-Executive Deputy Chair Gareth Davis will become non-executive chair, and Worldwide CEO Moray MacLennan will become group chief executive officer with effect January 1.

Current stock price: 57.40 pence

Year-to-date change: down 54%
