Keras Resources PLC - mine development in Togo, West Africa and US state of Utah - Changes year-end to December 31 from September 30 in order to align with trading subsidiaries in Togo and the US. Keras will report six-month results to March 31 by June 30, then provide a second interim report for the six months to September 30 by December 31. It will publish 15-month accounts to December 31 by May or June 2022.
