IN BRIEF: Darktrace expects takeover by Thoma Bravo to complete soon

Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity provider - Noting that all conditions relating to the regulatory and antitrust approvals have been satisfied, Darktrace expects its takeover by Thoma Bravo LP to complete on October 1. The court hearing has been set for next week Tuesday. The USD5.32 billion deal, announced back in April, was approved by Darktrace shareholders in June.

Current stock price: 583.80 pence each, down 0.1% on Monday afternoon in London

12-month change: up 44%
