IN BRIEF: CT Property Trust now part of LondonMetric Property

LondonMetric Property PLC - London-based property investor - CT Property Trust Ltd, a real estate investment trust, formerly known as BMO Real Estate Investments, is now part of LondonMetric, following Monday's completion of the acquisition. In May, it agreed to be acquired FTSE 250-listed LondonMetric Property in an all-share deal worth GBP198.6 million. LondonMetric Chief Executive Andrew Jones says: "This opportunistic acquisition will benefit both sets of shareholders and provide greater liquidity. We will immediately begin to integrate the CTPT portfolio assets and work towards disposing of assets that are deemed non-core to our strategy."

Current stock price: 184.50 pence, up 0.3% on Tuesday

12-month change: down 24%
