Catena Group PLC - venture capital firm - Says it continues to make good progress on its proposed acquisition of Insight Capital Partners Ltd. The two companies are in talks since March last year for Catena to possibly acquire the balance of Insight Capital shares it does not already own. On Monday, Catena says it intends, upon completion of the acquisition, to change its name to Insig AI PLC in order to better represent the new operational focus of the enlarged group.
